When you buy a balance package we receive your email address, the package you bought and the payment status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not shared with us.
To add the balance to your account, to send receipts, to answer support requests and to prevent fraud.
Stripe, our payment processor, under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax law.
